Nuestro fin es aanalizar las consecuencias de la intervención del Juez en la búsqueda de las pruebas de oficio; la propuesta de derogación del artículo 385 del código Procesal Penal e impulsar al desarrollo de un verdadero Sistema Procesal Penal. |
