Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la guía de entrevista sobre Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa y control de reincidencia en infracción penal. Resultados: Por otro lado, la influencia de las sanciones restaurativas son positivas porque el menor que se confronta con el poder social, sabiendo que se salva de pena y con ello hay un sentimiento de oportunidad, gracia, y agradecimiento, encontrándose con la sociedad. Conclusiones: la justicia juvenil restaurativa es preferible siempre y cuando califique, por muchos motivos, entre ellos, porque el infractor es menor, permitiéndole reconciliarse con la sociedad, y adherirse al estado de derecho, porque evita en caso de que sea recluido que se incremente su violencia y haga vínculos con adolescentes que tienen ya una irreversible conducta ilegal.
