Se aplicó una investigación de tipo básica, con un diseño fenomenológico, aplicando una entrevista a 08 profesionales del Órgano Técnico de Tratamiento. Se concluyó que los factores que limitan el tratamiento de resocialización laboral en los internos del centro penitenciario de Lurigancho son: el hacinamiento, la infraestructura, tratamiento penitenciario idóneo. El hacinamiento dentro del establecimiento penitenciario de Lurigancho- Lima, sobre pasa el 187% de su capacidad, ocupando el puesto 22 de los centro penitenciaros más sobrepoblados del Perú. Además, la infraestructura del centro penitenciario de Lurigancho-Lima, solo puede albergar en la actualidad a un total de 3204 internos.
