description El tema que toma la tesis es la propuesta de un Centro cultural comunitario para promover la educación artística en el aahh. Flor de Amancaes, Rímac. Se tiene como objetivo diseñar un Centro Cultural Comunitario para mejorar la educación artística del Asentamiento Humano Flor de Amancaes, mediante actividades artísticas, es así como se plantea que el diseño de un Centro Cultural Comunitario contribuye a la mejora de la educación artística de este asentamieno humano, tomándose como punto de referencia las características socio-económicas y topográficas, como marco metodológico se hizo análisis del contexto actual de la ciudad, se tomaron datos relevantes al diseño y entorno. Como resultado final se obtiene un proyecto que acondiciona espacios para promover la educación artística.
