Se realizó un diagnóstico inicial del cumplimiento de los requisitos, teniendo como resultado inicial el cumplimiento de un 86%; para lograr el 100% se implementaron una serie de medidas y documentos. Los riesgos iniciales contenían un 10% de tipo intolerables los cuales se redujeron a 0% al implementar y acreditar el estándar ISO 45001 en la organización. Finalmente, se estimó los gastos evitados por la posibilidad de que los riesgos se materialicen en accidentes, la cantidad fue de aproximadamente s/. 314,168.8 al año. El tipo de investigación por su finalidad es aplicado, por su carácter es explicativa y por su enfoque es cuantitativo y el diseño es no experimental, según su alcance es longitudinal y de tendencia.
