Los resultados, permitieron observar una media de 44.9 para resistencia al cambio y 38.1 para fatiga laboral respectivamente, en base al objetivo, se determinó que no existe relación significativa (Rs= .024; p>.05) entre resistencia al cambio y fatiga labora, concluyendo así la existencia de variables externas que puedan incidir con mayor nivel de relación.
