Resultados y conclusiones: Se evidenció dicho síndrome en los trabajadores de dicho centro ; en su dimensión agotamiento emocional el 58,5% presenta nivel medio de Burnout, el 36,9% nivel bajo, el 4,6% nivel alto; en su dimensión despersonalización, se determinó que el 55,4% tiene nivel medio de Burnout, 38,5% tiene nivel bajo y el 6,2% tiene nivel alto; en su dimensión realización personal, se determinó que 66,2% tiene nivel medio de Burnout, el 24,6% tiene nivel bajo, el 9,2% tiene nivel alto. Conclusión la propuesta estuvo conformada por estrategias de motivación, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo, se concluye que las estrategias afrontan el Síndrome de Burnout a criterio de expertos.
