description La presente investigación titulada: Gestión hospitalaria y el sistema de referencias y contrarreferencias en el Hospital II Angamos Essalud– Lima, 2018, está centrada en determinar cuál es la relación entre el nivel de gestión hospitalaria y el sistema de referencias y contrarreferencias según la percepción de los médicos del Hospital II Suaréz Angamos – Lima; 2018 El estudio se realizó con un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando un diseño es no experimental, transversal. La muestra está conformada por 80 médicos del Hospital II Angamos en el 2018, y como instrumento se utilizó para la variable: Nivel de gestión hospitalaria 37 items en una ficha de encuesta y para la variable: Sistema de referencias y contrareferencias se aplicó una lista de cotejo con 28 items. Los resultados de la presente investigación demuestran que entre el nivel de gestión hospitalaria y el sistema de referencias y contrareferencias, existe una relación directa y significativa al obtener un valor de 0.000 (p<0.05), por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la alterna, demostrando efectivamente que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de gestión hospitalaria y el manejo del sistema de referencias y contrareferencias en los médicos del Hospital Angamos, 2018.
