description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el grado de relación del Coaching Educativo y Autoestima en los docentes del Instituto Gastronómico Cumbre de Chiclayo, basándose en el enfoque cuantitativo, siendo su población los 25 docentes que pertenecen a esta institución, monto similar constituye la muestra. Las técnicas de recolección utilizadas fueron la encuesta y el test de Coopersmith, siendo en ambos casos el instrumento el cuestionario elaborándose uno específico para la variable coaching educativo. Los resultados demuestran que existe relación significativa entre Coaching Educativo y Autoestima en los docentes de la Institución Gastronómica Cumbre, dado que, mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, se obtuvo 0,951 con un p<0,05. Respecto a los niveles de coaching educativo resulto una predominancia con 40% en el nivel bajo. De los niveles de autoestima se encontró que el 32% de los docentes de la Institución Gastronómica Cumbre se encuentra en un nivel medio bajo.
