description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la incidencia del leasing financiero en la rentabilidad de la empresa Multiservicios Papillon S.A.C., Trujillo, Periodos: 2021-2022. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, descriptiva, longitudinal, no experimental. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos se basaron en la ficha de análisis documental. Como resultado de ello se comprobó que el leasing financiero incide de manera positiva en la rentabilidad de la empresa Multiservicios Papillon S.A.C., ya que esta modalidad de financiación ofrece un rendimiento positivo y ejerce una influencia favorable en la empresa, por ello decidieron optar por un mayor número de contratos de leasing financiero para el año 2022 en comparación con el año anterior inmediato 2021 y con este método de arrendamiento financiero se experimentó una mayor rentabilidad en la empresa Multiservicios Papillon S.A.C.
