Las opiniones de los letrados penalistas se recopilaron utilizando la entrevista, el cuestionario y la ficha de análisis documental. Concluyendo que el corto plazo que tiene el imputado, para presentar las pruebas de descargo, infringe el derecho de defensa, por lo que se recomendó la modificatoria al inciso 6 del art. 447 y el inciso 3 del art. 448 del Decreto Legislativo N° 957-CPP.
