description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general mejorar la gestión y seguimiento de pacientes en rehabilitación física en la Clínica San Carlos de la ciudad de Trujillo a través de una aplicación móvil multiplataforma, así mismo la población contó con 30 registros de gestión y seguimiento de pacientes, para la implementación de la aplicación móvil, se utilizó el lenguaje de programación flutter , se concluye en el primer indicador en el tiempo promedio en el registro de la información de rehabilitación física se obtuvo en el grupo control un total de 742,90 segundos y con la prueba del grupo experimental se obtuvo un total de 246,20 segundos. En el segundo indicador el tiempo promedio en el registro de tratamiento de las terapias físicas a los pacientes, se obtuvo un total de 1028.53 segundos en el grupo control y con la prueba del grupo experimental fue un total de 298,33 segundos. Y en el tercer indicador el tiempo promedio en el registro de las sesiones de los pacientes en la rehabilitación física, se obtuvo un total de 598.87 segundos en el post test del grupo control y con la prueba del grupo experimental se obtuvo un total de 134.77 segundos.
