Se estudiaron 186 gestantes mayor de 18 años que acuden a un Hospital Nivel II en el Distrito del Porvenir, 2024. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron Test de ansiedad y depresión de Zung. Los resultados fueron que el 64% no presentaron ansiedad mientras que el nivel de ansiedad más frecuente fue leve en un 28%, además las gestantes con preeclampsia sin signos de alarma no presentaron ansiedad en un 26% y ansiedad leve en un 16%, en cuanto a la depresión el 77% no presentaron depresión mientras que el nivel de depresión más frecuente fue leve en un 17%, además las gestantes con preeclampsia sin signos de alarma no presentaron depresión en un 35% y depresión leve solo en un 8%, encontrando así que no hay relación significativa entre las variables de estudio (p=0.357). En conclusión para las variables de estudio no se encontró relación significativa entre ansiedad, depresión y preeclampsia.
