Posterior a ello, se tomó en cuenta a cuatro artículos científicos para el desarrollo de los antecedentes. Donde se evidenció, la relación inversa y significativa de las variables expuestas. Por lo que se concluyó, que a mayor índice de agotamiento laboral menor es la satisfacción de los docentes.
