Así mismo, la prueba TStudent mostró diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p < 0.05) a favor del calentamiento dinámico, destacando su efectividad en la preparación física. Estos hallazgos subrayan la importancia de implementar calentamientos dinámicos para optimizar el rendimiento aeróbico en el fútbol amateur, proporcionando una base científica para su aplicación en programas de entrenamiento.
