El nivel de investigación fue correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y el tipo de estudio por su finalidad fue básico; la muestra es no probabilística compuesta por 60 personas que hayan utilizado un servicio en una municipalidad de la ciudad de Lima; las técnicas fue la encuesta y como instrumentos se utilizó el cuestionario debidamente validados y con la confiabilidad alta, los resultados se muestran mediante el estadígrafo de Spearman de 0,443**, lo que indica una correlación positiva moderada. En conclusión, la efectividad de la gestión de seguridad vial podría depender una diversidad de factores.
