La población estuvo conformada por 30 docentes de la Institución Educativa N°157 “Victoria Barcia Boniffatti” de Iquitos y la muestra la constituyo el 100% de la población es decir los 30 docentes. La selección de la muestra no aleatoria por conveniencia. La técnica que se aplicó en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Los resultados demuestran que la satisfacción laboral se encuentra en el nivel deficiente (57%) en los docentes de la Institución Educativa N°157 “Victoria Barcia Boniffatti” de Iquitos en el año 2017.

The selection of the nom radon sample for convenience. The technique that was applied in data colletion was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire.
