La efectividad de la gestión logística es de 73.63% promedio de las perspectivas analizadas, se verifica que el cambio en los ocho indicadores es estadísticamente significativo y existe una diferencia entre los resultados del 2018 y el 2019, la efectividad de la gestión logística desde la perspectiva financiera es de 77%, la efectividad de la gestión logística desde la perspectiva de clientes es de 65%, la efectividad de la gestión logística desde la perspectiva de procesos es de 44%, la efectividad de la gestión logística desde la perspectiva de aprendizaje interno es de 67%.
