Emblemáticas de Cusco, siendo la muestra de 221 docentes. Como instrumentos se utilizaron la Utrecht Work Engagement Scale – UWES y la Escala de Resiliencia Docente (ER-D). Los resultados evidenciaron que, para un 43.9% de docentes el nivel de engagement fue medio, mientras que para un 52% de docentes el nivel de resiliencia fue medio. Se llegó a la conclusión de que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre el engagement y la resiliencia de los docentes, con un valor p de 0.000 y un valor de Rho de Spearman de 0.370**, entendiéndose que, ante un mayor compromiso de los docentes con sus actividades laborales se espera un incremento de la resiliencia de ellos.

The methodology was of a basic type, quantitative approach, correlational scope, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 516 teachers from three I.E. Emblematic of Cusco, being the sample of 221 teachers. The Utrecht Work Engagement Scale - UWES and the Teacher Resilience Scale (ER-D) were used as instruments. The results showed that for 43.9% of teachers the level of engagement was medium, while for 52% of teachers the level of resilience was medium.
