description El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar en qué medida el hacinamiento en el Establecimiento Penal de Quillabamba afecta el tratamiento penitenciario intramuros. Donde trabajamos con un grupo de internos e internas para poder determinar en qué medida afecta su tratamiento penitenciario para la rehabilitación, la reeducación y la reinserción a la sociedad. Asimismo se buscó establecer cuáles son las causas del Hacinamiento en el Establecimiento Penal de Quillabamba debido a la sobrepoblación de internos por los diferentes delitos. Y también analizamos como es el Tratamiento Penitenciario Intramuros en el Establecimiento Penal de Quillabamba. Para ello se aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos: que fueron las encuestas realizadas a los internos e internas del Establecimiento Penal de Quillabamba. Las encuestas muestran que el Hacinamiento se debe a que la capacidad de albergue se encuentra sobrepoblada y la falta de presupuesto para contratar profesionales hace que se imposibilita un tratamiento penitenciario adecuado.

We worked with a group of inmates to determine the extent in which their prison treatment affects rehabilitation, re-education and reintegration into society. Likewise, we want to establish the causes of overcrowding in the Penal Establishment of Quillabamba due to the overpopulation of inmates who did different crimes. And we also analyze how the Intramuros Penitentiary Treatment in the Penal Establishment of Quillabamba is. For this purpose, the following instruments were applied: the surveys were carried out to inmates of the Quillabamba Penal Establishment. Surveys show that overcrowding is due to lack of housing capacity and a lack of budget to hire professionals.
