Por otro lado, se tiene que la determinación de la titularidad del acreedor (legitimidad para obrar) infiere en gran medida al poder actuar en el proceso lo que no encuentra relación directa con el interés (necesidad de tutela) ya que muchos pueden tener necesidad, pero pocos pueden obtenerlo. Por lo que se puede desdeñar que en la practica el interés para obrar respecto al cobro de alimentos se encuentra limitado para su ejercicio.

On the other hand, the determination of the creditor's ownership (legitimacy to act) is largely inferred by being able to act in the process, which is not directly related to the interest (need for guardianship), since many may have need, but few can obtain it.
