description El presente estudio, se enfoca en abordar un caso de abuso sexual infantil, donde el agresor presenta discapacidad intelectual. Se plantea como objetivo describir las características de personalidad y la discapacidad intelectual en el agresor, para lo cual se propone una metodología cualitativa, usando técnicas de entrevista y la observación psicológica para la recolección de información en la historia personal y familiar, así como el uso de instrumentos psicológicos que se practicara al agresor, a fin de realizar el análisis respectivo llegando a establecer conclusiones que definan claramente que el imputado padecía de discapacidad intelectual leve, para así proporcionar los criterios científicos suficientes ante el sistema de justicia.
