description El presente informe, tiene por finalidad dar a conocer la trayectoria del autor, su formación académica constante, su actualización permanente, crecimiento y su experiencia profesional. El autor inicia su trayectoria laboral a partir de prácticas preprofesionales en el año 2013, posteriormente realiza trabajos en diferentes entidades tanto públicas como privadas relacionadas al catastro hasta la fecha, se mencionará cada trabajo y su laboral desempeñada, pero se hará hincapié en el trabajo que viene realizando en SUNARP desde hace 3 años de manera consecutiva. Como actividad especifica se detallará el proceso de actualización de la base gráfica registral, mediante una solicitud de venta de base gráfica a través del SPRL. El informe está estructurado a fin de cumplir con el procedimiento para la obtención del título profesional por la modalidad de suficiencia profesional en base a la estructura del anexo IV de la Resolución Rectoral N° 0411-2018-CU-UNFV.
