Revisado por el profesor Fernando Manfredo Jesús Solis Fuster, responsable de la asignatura.El modelo de estos festivales funciona de la siguiente manera: ellos invitan a las delegaciones de diferentes países, y ofrecen cubrir los gastos de su estadía (alimentación, transporte y hospedaje). Las delegaciones solo deben pagar sus boletos de avión y todos los recursos que necesiten (vestuario, músicos, etc.). Sin embargo, en este trabajo se decidió plantear un modelo de negocio diferente. En este, se creó una empresa que trabajaría con distintos grupos y corporaciones artísticas. La empresa le pagaría a dichos grupos por viajar a una gira, proporcionándoles el contacto de los festivales y la oportunidad de viajar y representar al Perú. Esta empresa trabajaría con el apoyo del Ministerio de Cultura (patrocinador), quienes financiarían una parte de los viajes como parte de un propio proyecto suyo que busca generar el intercambio cultural y el posicionamiento del folclore peruano en el mundo. La empresa es quien elige qué grupo es el elegido para viajar y el festival en el que participará. Asimismo, este modelo de negocio incluye que todos los costos (a excepción del costo de seguro médico, que sería cubierto por los organizadores de los festivales) sean cubiertos por la empresa encargada. Para este proyecto en específico, denominado “GIRA DE DANZAS FOLCLÓRICAS PERUANAS EN EUROPA 2022, IMPULSANDO EL DESARROLLO CULTURAL”, se seleccionó nuevamente a la Corporación Artística Soy del Perú como la delegación que representará a Perú en el FestiFolk y Folk Cinfaes del 2022, quienes además de irse en un viaje “todo pagado” a Europa para representar al país, recibirán un sueldo por el trabajo realizado ese mes.The model of these festivals works in the following way: they invite delegations from different countries, and offer to cover the expenses of their stay (food, transport and lodging). The delegations only have to pay for their plane tickets and all the resources they need (costumes, musicians, etc.). However, in this work it was decided to propose a different business model. In this, a company was created that would work with different artistic groups and corporations. The company would pay these groups to travel to a tour, providing them with the contact of the festivals and the opportunity to travel and represent Peru. This company would work with the support of the Ministry of Culture (sponsor), who would finance a part of the trips as part of his own project that seeks to generate cultural exchange and the positioning of Peruvian folklore in the world. The company is the one who chooses which group is chosen to travel and the festival in which it will participate. Likewise, this business model includes that all costs (except for the cost of medical insurance, which would be covered by the organizers of the festivals) are covered by the company in charge.
