Este plan tiene como objetivo alcanzar una tasa de ocupación del 80% en el establecimiento al terminar el primer año de operaciones. Para poder lograrlo, se realizó una investigación del entorno competitivo y una segmentación exhaustiva, delimitando como público objetivo a los hombres y mujeres del sector socioeconómico A y B que buscan experiencias únicas que los ayuden a tomarse un descanso de su rutina diaria. Finalmente, gracias al apoyo de fuentes primarias y secundarias se estableció una campaña de marketing y publicidad para el lanzamiento del Hotel Ayllu Urubamba en relación con la audiencia clave, que incluye la estrategia digital y de PR, el manual de identidad y el brief del evento de lanzamiento.
