Sumario:The study on teacher performance and its relation to social class climate as perceived by students of School “Our Lady of Mercy”-Huánuco-2012, has aimed to determine teacher performance and its relationship with social climate that is highly dependent class teacher, physical environment, established standards and resources that are available to create the right climate or inadequate, which is taken by students to generate or not, significant learning.We used the type of descriptive study, correlational, explanatory and transactional dealing researching good relationship between teacher and student, we worked with a representative sample of 255 students in grades 3rd, 4th and 5th of School “Our Lady of Mercedes “Huánuco, 2012, for data collection was used as the survey instrument. The descriptive correlational design is allowed to describe the relationship between two variables: teacher performance and social climate of the classroom and applied Cronbach alpha coefficient based on the responses of the subjects (students)The techniques used were the documentary technique, content analysis and survey students to see the social climate and teacher performance, then processed the data where results determined the existence of communication in a clear and precise learning objectives; teaching strategies including, likewise significant differences in the results.
