description Objective. To construct and validate questionnaires on reflective practice and practicing teacher professional development. Method. Data were processed by Aiken's V coefficient, confirming values by dimensions. Results. For the professional development variable, the values were: pedagogical = 0.97, social personal = 0.96, and institutional = 0.98. For the reflective practice variable, the values were: reflection in practice = 0.98, reflection on practice = 0.97 and reflection for practice = 0.98. Similarly, for the pilot test, 18 subjects participated according to the profile required by the research, obtaining reliability results alfa = 0.901 on 30 items of the professional development construct, and alfa = 0.948 on 20 items of the reflective practice construct. It has allowed to structure items and articulate criteria and dimensions for each variable of the research. Conclusion. The measurement result of the questionnaires is reliable.

Fue un estudio psicométrico de validez y confiabilidad de contenidos mediante la aplicación de una prueba piloto; en la primera medida participaron 20 jueces expertos, cuyos datos fueron procesados por el coeficiente V de Aiken, confirmando valores por dimensiones. Resultados. Para la variable desarrollo profesional, los valores fueron: pedagógico = 0,97, personal social = 0,96 e institucional = 0,98; mientras que para la variable práctica reflexiva los valores fueron: reflexión en la práctica = 0,98, reflexión sobre la práctica = 0,97 y reflexión para la práctica = 0,98. De igual manera, para la prueba piloto participaron 18 sujetos según el perfil requerido por la investigación, obteniendo resultados de confiabilidad alfa = 0,901 sobre 30 ítems del constructo desarrollo profesional y alfa = 0,948 sobre 20 ítems del constructo práctica reflexiva; los cuales ha permitido estructurar los ítems y articular criterios y dimensiones por cada variable de la investigación. Conclusión. El resultado de medición de los cuestionarios es fiable.Objetivo. Foi um estudo psicométrico de validade e confiabilidade de conteúdo através da aplicação de um teste piloto; 20 juízes especialistas participaram da primeira medida, cujos dados foram processados pelo coeficiente V do Aiken, confirmando valores por dimensões. Resultados. Para a variável desenvolvimento profissional, os valores foram: pedagógico = 0,97, social pessoal = 0,96 e institucional = 0,98; enquanto para a variável prática reflexiva, os valores foram: reflexão sobre a prática = 0,98, reflexão sobre a prática = 0,97 e reflexão sobre a prática = 0,98. Da mesma forma, 18 sujeitos participaram do teste piloto de acordo com o perfil exigido pela pesquisa, obtendo resultados de confiabilidade alfa = 0,901 em 30 itens do desenvolvimento profissional da construção e alfa = 0,948 em 20 itens da prática reflexiva da construção; o que permitiu estruturar os itens e articular critérios e dimensões para cada variável da pesquisa. Conclusão.
