From the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the purpose was fulfilled since the procedures carried out determined that the actions carried out by teachers in the classroom as leadership is related to the autonomous way that students currently carry out this as a result (Rho Spearman, 880 p .000 < .05) in addition to the establishment of a similar predominance in its components, which currently generates the consolidation that students must achieve to develop and achieve competencies that contribute to their future life.La finalidad del trabajo consistió en comprobar si el liderazgo pedagógico tenía alguna relación con y el aprendizaje autónomo de los estudiantes de un establecimiento escolar en un distrito de Lima, estudio realizado dentro del tipo de estudio básico con la finalidad de incrementar los conocimientos teóricos, para ello se concretó a través del diseño no experimental en la cual participaron 174 estudiantes seleccionado de forma aleatoria, en la misma se aplicó dos instrumentos con escala para obtener datos sobre las percepciones de los estudiantes respecto a las variables.
