The objective of this research was to study the transport properties of copper and nickel through the fumasep FKB-PK-130 cation exchange membrane using chronopotentiometry. The membrane’s conductive area was calculated in an aqueous solution of KCl 0.025 M, obtaining an value of 0.904, corresponding to a homogenous ion exchange membrane. The transport numbers of copper and nickel ions in the cation exchange membrane were measured as 0.966 and 0.923, respectively.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the incidence of public investment on the collection of property tax in local governments of the southern macro region of Peru during the period 2010 to 2020. The type of study is applied, under the quantitative approach, design is not experimental, longitudinal panel type, descriptive and explanatory. The data for each municipality was extracted from the informative portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) segmented through cluster analysis. The econometric estimation method takes into account the methodology for longitudinal panel data. In the global context, there is a growing trend to incorporate mechanisms for land value capture into public policies to address challenges associated with the financing of public transportation infrastructure. Archaeological remains need to be geometrically surveyed and set in absolute reference systems in order to allow a "virtual visit" and to create "digital twins" useful in case of deterioration for proper restoration. El presente informe analiza los principales fundamentos de la Resolución N° 1122-2007/TDCINDECOPI, emitida por el Tribunal de Defensa de la Competencia y Propiedad Intelectual del Indecopi, mediante la cual declara responsable a la empresa Ferrocarril Trasandino S.A.C (en adelante, Fetrans) y le impone como medida correctiva el cese del abuso de la posición de dominio, así como una multa ascendente a 165,9 UIT. El presente artículo destaca la importancia de una correcta y oportuna gestión de los terrenos para la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura implementados bajo el régimen de Asociaciones Público-Privadas. Para tal efecto, los autores analizan el marco legal aplicable, así como los mecanismos legales y contractuales otorgados a los concesionarios para mitigar los impactos de una incorrecta gestión predial.

El presente trabajo se basa en un análisis de la resolución emitida del recurso de casación N° 11105 interpuesto por el Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI) contra la sentencia que revoca en parte la misma en primera instancia, reformándola y declarándose fundada en parte la demanda a favor de Aerovías del Continente Americano Sociedad Anónima Avianca Sucursal Perú (AVIANCA). La problemática del caso recae en la interpretación del numeral 66.7 artículo 66 del Código de Protección al Consumidor. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo la problemática relacionada con la Propiedad Industrial se vio afectada por actos de competencia desleal en el distrito de Mala en 2022. En este contexto, se resaltó la importancia de definir la propiedad industrial, ya que la falta de aplicación de este principio exclusivo podría resultar en competencia desleal. Se identificaron actos de competencia desleal a través de la utilización de signos distintivos, lo que generó tanto pérdidas económicas como daños morales y confusión en el mercado. Through an exhaustive analysis, the author addresses the differences between FOB and CIF commercial terms, highlighting the need to develop clear stipulations in order to avoid interpretative disputes and litigation. This refers to central aspects such as delivery of goods, place, date, costs, risks, time of payment and transfer of risks and liability.
