El objetivo del estudio es determinar cuáles son los Criterios e Indicadores de Sostenibilidad aplicados en una Construcción para que se considere Sostenible. The present investigation had as objective to determine the noise influence generated by the increase in the fleet on the health of the population of Moyobamba city. In this sense the work was designed to determine the sound pressure levels in eight areas exposed to this noise with the purpose of comparing the sound pressure levels generated by the vehicle fleet with the maximum permissible limits established by the Provincial Municipality according to the No 172 MPM Ordinance. In addition, visits were made to sites where alternatives are being implemented to reduce the problem of disused tires when they end their useful life and thus take advantage of them as raw material. Currently, one of the most recurrent environmental problems in the Peruvian Amazon is forest fragmentation as a result of deforestation. In this context, the present research aimed to quantify forest cover and other land uses, estimate the change in forest cover, and calculate fragmentation metrics in four buffer zones of protected natural areas located in the San Martín region, Peru during the years 2017 and 2021. The spatial information on land use and change provided by Esri Land Cover and the spatial information on forests and forest loss from the Geobosque platform were used as cartographic input. The general objective of the study presented was to know the perception of the residents on the topic already stated. It concerns a descriptive thesis and simple design. A sample of 124 people over 18 years of age who reside in the AAHH was considered. A survey was applied to collect data. La investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar el impacto de la problemática ambiental en la calidad de vida de la población de la ciudad de Moyobamba. Se trabajó con una muestra de 40 pobladores elegidos aleatoriamente. En la metodología se trabajó bajo un diseño correlacional y como instrumento los cuestionarios de encuesta. El cuestionario para la problemática ambiental, conformado por 7 indicadores: entorno físico, salud, economía y trabajo, vida cotidiana, imagen de la comunidad, enfrentamiento de la problemática y proyecciones. One of the main problems faced by small rural farming units is to develop and implement managerial models that contribute to leverage their natural potential and boost their productive development. In order to mitigate the impact of this problem, a cross-section, exploratorydescriptive, non-experimental and prospective research was carried on, between 2008 and 2011. The main propose of this research was to design a model for autonomous development which integrates the public, private and academic sectors in order to ensure the use of the resources in a sustainable and competitive manner taking into account agricultural practices, water resources, technological park, non-traditional activities (tourism and aquaculture ) and government public policies.
