RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como propósito diseñar un plan de negocios para la exportación de Quinua Blanca Variedad Santa Ana Junín al mercado Francés - Paris. Dado que este país representa un mercado de gran interés para productos industrializados a base de Quinua, es decir existe un segmento de mercado para hojuelas de Quinua. Traditional media (press, radio and television) in South America have better expectations regarding the process of digital transition faced by communication companies and industries on a global level. This hypothesis is contrasted by comparing two elements. First, the evolution trends of the media sector in Latin America collected by sectorial databases of the World Association of Newspapers and New Publishers, the Eurodata´s general audience report, the Pew State of the News Media and the Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2016-2020. Second, the results of an own survey to 166 managers from 19 Latin American countries. The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between students’ cognitive and self-regulatory strategies, academic engagement, and academic achievement in higher education, analyzing the mediating role of reading comprehension. Different tasks to assess the constructs were administered to 209 students (Mage = 21.71; SD = 4.36). The students' GPA was used as a measure of academic achievement. Significant associations were found between cognitive and self-regulation strategies, academic engagement, reading comprehension, and students' GPA. The study aims to elucidate the epistemological approach in social research for the production of scientific theories, taking into account the conceptual weaknesses in the training of researchers that recurrently are reduced between a quantitative or qualitative approach as the guiding axis of the investigative process. The methodology used was framed in a qualitative approach, using the hermeneutical-critical method that allowed interpreting the information in units of analysis through documentary sources. En la presente investigación se evaluó la eficiencia de un sistema de filtro biológico en la remoción de contaminantes del agua residual doméstica. Se basó en un tanque dividido en tres compartimientos, el primero sirvió de sedimentador para eliminar los sólidos arrastrados por el agua; el segundo contenía el medio filtrante donde se adherían las bacterias que trataban el agua; el tercero se rellenó con arena, esto ayudó a clarificar el agua. El sistema operó con un caudal constante de 42.43 mL/seg en promedio y con los muestreos realizados a los 40, 55, 71 y 91 días de tratamiento se determinó el porcentaje de eficiencia del sistema de filtro biológico. La teobromina ha generado un creciente interés debido a sus efectos psicoactivos en el sistema nervioso central y sus beneficios en la salud, siendo responsable del sabor amargo del cacao. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar y cuantificar por cromatografía liquida de ultra alta resolución (UHPLC) el contenido de teobromina en granos y licor de cacao de los clones ICS-95 y CCN-51. Las muestras de cacao se cosecharon y se realizó la poscosecha de cacao, en el proceso de industrialización de licor de cacao, se variaron la temperatura (120 y 140 ºC) y el tiempo (35 y 40 min) de tostado. Las muestras fueron analizadas en un cromatógrafo UHPLC – Ultimate 3000 – Thermo Scientific.
