This document presents an analysis of disability and social inclusion as a human rights issue; we describe the three models that have been established to understand historical evolution in how to address the issue and how along the way a series has been defeated of paradigms and prejudices that contrasted with the social reality of people with disabilities in terms of their value as people with potentialities and talents who were not harnessed or were invisible. A reflection is made of the contemporary situation of people with disabilities, especially touching children and the difficulties they still encounter today, as well as the great challenge of the States to design policies, programs and projects capable of defeating the mistreatment still in force and for systems to be built in which equal opportunities prevail.

This article proposes to analyze the representation of race, class and moral in television phenomena “Magaly TeVe” and “Al fondo hay sitio” from an anthropological glance of the television, and understanding their communicative, discursive and social dimensions. On one hand, after analyzing the discourse of “Magaly TeVe”, it was easy to see that the why and how the success of the communication strategy for this television phenomenon closely imposes moral and socially shared codes, and a configured mode of organization, relationship and interaction already validated in our social fabric. In the absence of thorough studies that cross national television and older adults (PAM, by its acronym in Spanish), their self-perception and stereotypes in fiction programs on Peruvian television were analyzed. From the naturalistic paradigm, qualitative methodology and use of classical and phenomenological hermeneutics, observation techniques (with record cards per se) and focus groups (with guiding questions) were applied on two populations: 1) fiction programs, and 2) PAM in Chiclayo, Piura and Trujillo. It was concluded that several PAM stereotypes are handled in national fiction TV. In that regard, the PAM interviewed have mixed feelings and they would like to be reflected honorable, capable of overcoming conflicts, twinned with each other, enjoying their family, and able to be happy.

The results of an investigation that investigated the perceptions and experiences of university students in urban and rural contexts are presented, in order to know how they live their education in a virtual mode under a pandemic context, considering three categories: pedagogical, material and emotional It was a qualitative study based on the phenomenological method, in-depth interviews and documentary analysis were applied. Twelve university students from rural areas and 15 from urban areas in the State of Chihuahua participated. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meanings of the family-school relationship, specifically in the field of participation, from the perspective of teachers who work in rural schools in the commune of Bulnes, Chile. From the methodological point of view, the qualitative study is placed under the comprehensive interpretive paradigm, the data production technique corresponds to the semi-structured interview in a single session.
