The racial imaginary in the United States’ literary discourse is the object of study of this re- search, which is aiming at determining how the discourse of ilocutive agents, who are black female valuating subjects, reflects the racial imaginary of the author as a subject of the enun- ciation. Theory involving discourse, Critical Discourse Analysis, imaginaries and ideology was presented in the research. By mid-December 2020, an unexpected, unwelcome visitor who stayed on our planet – the SARS-CoV-2 – has caused 74 million confirmed cases of infected people and more than 1,600,000 deaths in the world, mainly in the US, India, Europe and Latin America(1). And it will probably remain with us for many years. A few months ago, Peru was considered the fifth country with the most coronavirus infections in the world and the country with the highest death rate per 100,000 inhabitants(2). However, due to the renewed force of the pandemic in other countries, it now ranks as the 16th country with the most infections, soon to reach one million infected, and with around 37,000 deaths(1).

Hoy en día, muchas personas en Latinoamérica pueden llamarse a sí mismos como “dobles nacionales”, ya que cuentan con una doble nacionalidad, ya sea europea o estadounidense. Pero esta situación, que puede ser ventajosa para muchos, ¿realmente lo es? En el presente artículo, los autores identifican las obligaciones fiscales que tienen los US Persons como una gran desventaja de la doble nacionalidad en los Estados Unidos. Asimismo, propondrán una serie de mecanismos para mermar este inconveniente, como por ejemplo el Streamlined Procedure. Es así que, el presente artículo es de especial interés para el derecho mercantil al aportar nociones significativas para el sector financiero y empresarial.

Esta fuente de luz puede ser posicionada libremente con el fin de iluminar las áreas de interés deseadas, permitiendo así imágenes de mejor calidad, una mayor sensación de profundidad y una visión más sencilla de superficies fetales. Mostramos casos de embriones y fetos normales, así como algunas malformaciones para señalar las posibilidades de esta nueva tecnología. También la aplicación de criterios adquiridos en la ejecución de obras similares, cercana a la zona del proyecto. The article tries to illustrate how the debate on the right to euthanasia can be rethought in the post-Covid society. It is claimed that the legalization of euthanasia generates a risk to the life and integrity of the people who are granted the right to die, the patients with a severe chronic disease. The pandemic has highlighted the enormous vulnerability of these patients in the exercise of their right to health protection and the need for more effective legal protection for their lives. Similarly, the health crisis allows us to re-dimension the real demands of the hypothetical recipients of the new Euthanasia’s law, and these have less to do with the right to death than with the right to life and equal access to available medical treatment.

In the U.S. legal context, psychoanalysis is viewed by most scholars (and most judges) as outdated, even unscientific, and there is little room for psychoanalytic expertise in U.S. courts of law. However, there are some scholars who continue to do theoretical work in the conventional Freudian tradition, as well as numerous critical legal theorists who have appropriated the psychoanalytic conceptions of Jacques Lacan in their critiques of the law. This is a brief survey of how these scholars conceive of the law in psychoanalytic terms. Is it the judge being analyzed? Is it the lawyers, or the law students? Is the law itself viewed as subject with an unconscious and with symptoms? Or is it an analysis of legal texts as having an unconscious dimension that is hidden like an ideology? This document attempts to evaluate the strength and weaknesses of the Peruvian economy when facing external shocks, specifically a contraction in the US output. For this purpose, an analysis of the vulnerabilities’ sources is made through the revision of relevant indicators; after that, the main transmission channels are raised and an econometric exercise using the structural vector autoregressive methodology is developed to simulate the effects of a shock in US economy. The main conclusion is that even though the country shows an important strengthening in many relevant aspects such as financial strength indicators and export diversification, in its position of a small and open economy, it remains exposed to external shocks. Actually, the new discipline called neuroeducation are nurturing us of a lot of contents which help to all teachers to comprehend these processes and regard on several situations of one person. We do not focus on education only in school even without contents which are proposed in class. Now, we must expand our vision in relation to the student, the social and familiar environment. What and how others factors are really involved with the student since our position as teachers, however, we are responsible and engaged to provide an integral and transversal education, that generate as an outcome: individuals of integrity, independence, intelligence, and with a high ability of solving problems.
