The construction sector is searching for new technologies, such as drones, that prove helpful for the surveillance and supervision of construction sites, especially in pandemic situations. This research proposes designing flight planning models to optimize flight time and speed. The main objective is to develop a model that allows multiple drones to carry out supervision tasks in construction areas. In this regard, it presents a dynamic programming model and a metaheuristic based on genetic algorithms, both applied for optimizing flight plans with multiple drones. The development process involves planning the route that the drones will follow by formulating the problem with the corresponding parameters. According to the Ministry of Education, there are several institutions that provide and develop forms of education and training that allow access to technical training for the dispersed population or with difficulty to attend centers that offer specializations at high costs, this is the case of the technical institutions run by the State. As an initial strategy, the realization of a systematization of experiences in technical education in construction in South America, specifically in the courses of improvement and specialization of technicians focused on the construction market, that serve as a framework for future proposals of efficient technical education and effective, assess and recognize the importance of training proposals in technical education and complementary job training.

Con el desarrollo de métodos de computación gráfica y tecnologías que permiten captar imágenes volumétricas, se abrió´ paso a un desarrollo importante de métodos para generar modelos geométricos, entre ellos, se encuentra el método Imesh, el cual es un algoritmo que construye mallas simpliciales a partir de imágenes no pre procesadas, en 2 y 3 dimensiones. This paper describes the process followed by an internarional NFO, ITDG -Practical Solutions, to improve communication impact on its practices and institutional policies. It shows an inventory of the main challenges that NGOs are facing in the field of communication, the inrernarional scenario factors which generate them and the route this organization followed to meet them. The designed program, advances and lessons learned in the way, and also the considerations that must be taken to follow similar processes are described in detail.

The research problem centers on the urgent need to improve workplace safety conditions. The objective was to determine the relationship between behavior-based safety (BBS) and accident rates in the construction sites of a building company located in Lima. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, correlational design was employed for this purpose. The sample consisted of five construction sites between 2021 and 2022. The main finding revealed a strong negative correlation between BBS and accident rates, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of −0.918. This suggests that greater BBS implementation is associated with a lower accident rate. A p-value of 0.028 confirmed the statistical significance of this relationship. In conclusion, the findings highlight the effectiveness of BBS programs in reducing occupational accidents in the construction sector.

This article presents the genesis/development of the construction of a quality index for open television in Chile, the main findings of its application in the year 2007 and their comparison with the findings obtained in 2006. A theoretical analysis of the concept of quality in the mass media industry, and a qualitative study that shed light on the concept from the viewpoint of the industry as well as that of TV audiences and advertisers, provided the background to generate an index whose main strenght is that it integrates the opinion of viewers, their behaviour, the intrinsic quality of the product and the distinction as much as in the form as in the contents according to programming genre. This paper describes a housing reconstruction program in northern Peru after the 1983 floods due to the "El Niño" phenomenon. The objective of this program was to implement and disseminate improved adobe construction technologies through instruction, training, and technical assistance in rural communities that were relocated after the floods. This project was carried out as the field dissemination part of the Research Project "Preservation of Adobe Constructions in Seismic and Rainy Areas," developed by the Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) from June 1984 to May 1985.

This article presents the application of the non-parametric Random Forest method through supervised learning, as an extension of classification trees. The Random Forest algorithm arises as the grouping of several classification trees. Basically it randomly selects a number of variables with which each individual tree is constructed and predictions are made with these variables that will later be weighted through the calculation of the most voted class of these trees that were generated, to finally do the prediction by Random Forest. For the application, we worked with 3168 recorded voices, for which the results of an acoustic analysis are presented, registering variables such as frequency, spectrum, modulation, among others, seeking to obtain a pattern of identification and classification according to gender through a voice identifier.
