Cocoa in grain is a tropical fruit considered as a heritage in Ecuador and constitutes 60% of the premium quality in chocolates worldwide, has sensory characteristics unmatched by other producing countries. Manual drying and selection activities contain many occupational hazards, affecting the safety and well-being of the people involved in these tasks, with the ergonomic risk of an intolerable level requiring immediate intervention. This research provides safe automated mechanisms for operations through internationally validated methodologies, without affecting the sensory characteristics.

Preventive detention as a measure of procedural coercion of a personal nature turns out to be the most harmful because its application affects the deprivation of liberty of the accused, who enjoys the guarantee of the presumption of innocence. The unnecessary prolongation of the same violates the right of the accused to a trial within a reasonable time, even more so when the accused is deprived of his freedom. In this work, the author analyzes the lack of regulation of the expiration date of the procedural measure by procedural stage and tests a possible solution that involves a normative proposal to regulate the expiration period of said precautionary measure in a clear guarantee of the right to be subjected to a trial without undue delay.

This article aims to provide a new concept of industrial processes, the so-called sustainable industrial processes that are used in industrial plants and competitive companies responsible for developing chemicals. These innovative processes should incorporate in its design stages that are efficient, producing less waste and scrap, not pollute the environment, using substances which are safe, and the products and by-products produced by them. These processes must be safe, both internally (for workers) and externally (for communities and ecosystems) and must contribute to sustainable development, ensuring the efficient use of natural resources and promoting the use of renewable resources. An example is the production cellulose pulp that is produced throughout Latin America (Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay), but a sustainable industrial process can be developed nationally.

The general objective of the study was to determine the influence of occupational risk prevention management on the perception of the safety climate in the workers of an SME in the construction sector. It was carried out from the quantitative perspective, with a non-experimental design and explanatory level, for which two ad hoc questionnaires related to each of the variables were applied to a census sample of 20 workers of the organization. Como variables se menciona los Métodos de Control proceso esterilización que se dividió en dimensiones tales como la limpieza, el empaque, el proceso de esterilización y el almacenaje y distribución, también como variable se presenta la prevención de complicaciones de la herida quirúrgica post cesárea con dimensiones como lo relacionado al huésped y lo relacionado con la intervención. Low back pain is a widespread issue among individuals engaged in tasks requiring prolonged periods of static positioning. This musculoskeletal challenge has seen a surge in prevalence in recent times. The focal point of this study is to conceptualize an ergonomic support system specifically geared towards averting lumbar injuries linked to sedentary habits. Through a comprehensive experiment involving the analysis of existing ergonomic backrests and the subsequent development of a prototype using 3D scanning, design, and manufacturing processes, a solution was crafted.
