We will begin this text with a categorical and central statement that will serve as the basis for the present essay: posing the political question in relation to the so-called New Technologies implies problematizing the most relevant and substantial aspects of them, in terms of the importance they have for our Latin American society. In short, the so-called New Technologies do not constitute strange entities and alien to the social, which descend from somewhere and "permeate" social life. Rather they are subject, in some way, to a complex form of socio-historical causal determinism, which founds and explains them.

This article aims to explain the relevance of the communicator in an electoral campaign team and how new technologies and trends in 2023 challenge them to use mechanisms of political communication suitable for their campaign strategy. Therefore, the political context of the last electoral campaigns in the country, the most relevant steps to build the electoral campaign, and the role of the communicator during this electoral process are emphasized. In conclusion, “our power that grants more power” invites communicators who are part of the decision-making for a company, institution or even for the country, to reflection and introspection.

This article shows the simulation results obtained from the study of a power electronic system, which significantly improves the performance of the conventional three-phase passive filter that is normally used for power factor compensation of non-linear loads. This improvement is achieved by connecting a three-phase active (AF) filter (or active unit) in series with the passive (PF) filter through three coupling transformers and controlling the active filter in such a way as to force the harmonic components generated by the rectifier to pass through the passive filter. This topology in which a passive filter is combined with an active filter is known as Hybrid Power Filter.

The project focuses on the development of the launching campaign of Boom Power, a new brand in the category of energy drinks that is entering the market with a new product that contains maca, guarana, ginseng, theine, caffeine, taurine, and is sweetened with natural yacon extract. The marketing goal of the launching campaign is to achieve 12% market share by the end of the first year of operations. After investigating the national context, the product’s category and the target audience, it was possible to identify the insights of the target audience and see how their lifestyle influences the decision to purchase energy drinks regardless of their socioeconomic level. Transmission lines are structures built to provide energy for the population's consumption. However, these lines have a direct or indirect impact on ecosystems, altering their composition and biotic interactions. The objective of this study was to determine the floristic composition, pollination, and dispersal syndromes in the transmission and subtransmission lines Las Flores-Erandique (SFE), San Pedro Sula Sur-Naco (TSPS), and Danlí-Chichicaste (SChD) in Honduras. The growing role of information in the digital society has reopened the debate on the relationship between political power and communication, and intensifies the concern about social and political influences of the media and the privileges of the rulers through various mechanisms to control the information. The key is to distinguish the information from the communications of the entertainment typically of cultural industry and get back on traditional values to establish criteria for both freedom of expression intrinsic to information as to demand the minimum quality of the content of communication to the entertainment.

Through this research we seek to carry out the study and characterization of a passive harmonic distortion filter applied to the protection of a distribution SS.EE located inside a manufacturing plant. The main purpose is to design the filter based on the internal parameters of the electric transformer, such as its capacitive and inductive reactance, and filter optimization using the particle swarm heuristic method called the bacterial forage algorithm. The passive filter uses the transformer's own capacitance and an external one to tune the rejection band in the frequency range of the harmonic currents. This article consider the classical problem of linear non-homogeneous second order Initial Value Problems with analytic coefficients. It classifies the possible kinds of analytic solutions, giving criteria for the nonexistenceof analytical solutions and for the existence of multiple analytic solutions. An alternative proof for the convergence of the power series method is given and it applies for some singular irregular points.

El siguiente proyecto es la creación de marca y estrategia de lanzamiento para la marca Boom Power, bebida energética 100% peruana. El principal objetivo fue la construcción de lineamientos de marca y diseño de una bebida que represente una alternativa más saludable de fuente de energía y que impulse a vivir momentos plenos en el día a día. El propósito fue introducir a Boom Power como la nueva bebida favorita en un mercado disputado por competidores poderosos y con consumidores fieles a ellos. A partir de ello, se propuso la creación de identidad de marca con una mirada única, fresca y que refleje al nuevo consumidor peruano y a sus necesidades post- pandemia.
