This article aims to specify a coherent and useful interpretation of feminicide behavior (or as preferred by the author “femicide”), which is included, in a non -uniform manner- in several criminal definitions in Latin American legislations. Indeed, the author asserts the need for an individualized criminal protection of women against gender violence, and confirms the praiseworthy work it is being done in Latin America, yet femicide as a criminal offense in the region is not defined accurately. Thus, the author concludes this is the reflection of a criminal policy that suffers from inaccuracies, duplicities and, in some cases, excessive punitiveness. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the non-use of contraceptive methods with the last sexual partner among students of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Material and methods: Analytical case-control study with a sample of 160 students from UNMSM, using stratified sampling where each of the five (05) academic areas of the university was considered as a stratum. An online questionnaire was applied to identify socio-cultural, sexual, personal, and psychological factors. The crude association was assessed using Pearson’s Chi-square test and Chi-square test for linear trend (linear-by-linear). Adjustment was performed using Poisson regression. Until recently, and maybe until now, most of the studies on the preterm infants development and their parents focused mainly on the infant and their mothers. The current article, after a brief introduction about preterm newborns and how this impact on fathers, I point out the main results of this research that had focused only fathers. This results agree to emphasize that in a newborn situation that requires hospitalization in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), fathers play a fundamental role supporting their partner and the mother-child relationship, promoting a healthy neuropsychological development of the baby. Therefore, it is necessary to structure the support programs specifically aimed at fathers of premature babies.

The study was of mixed approach, basic type and simple descriptive design, in the quantitative stage a sample of 110 market partners was obtained, to whom an internal communication questionnaire designed for the investigation was administered, and in the qualitative stage counted with a sample of 5 market partners to whom in-depth interviews were conducted. La investigación tuvo como objetivo caracterizar la comunicación interna en los socios del Mercado Ramos Toscano de Huancayo – Perú. El estudio fue de enfoque mixto, tipo básico y diseño descriptivo simple, en la etapa cuantitativa se tuvo una muestra de 110 socios del mercado a quienes se administró un cuestionario de comunicación interna diseñado para la investigación y en la etapa cualitativa se contó como una muestra de 5 socios del mercado a quienes se realizó entrevistas a profundidad. In order to develop strategies to facilitate the establishment of a positive therapeutic alliance, which is considered the main predictor of therapeutic success in the intervention with men who use violence against their partners (partner violence perpetrators), this study aims to analyze whether there is a significant relationship between adult attachment styles and the establishment of a positive therapeutic alliance in the psychotherapeutic intervention with partner violence perpetrators. Objective: To understand the violence suffered by young adults as a result of their partner's alcohol consumption. Method: Qualitative, descriptive study. It was conducted from September 2021 to May 2022. The selection of participants was by purposive sampling, with a total of seven participants per availability. The purpose of the research was to verify the efficacy of a cognitive behavioral treatment program with a gender perspective in male batterers in the relationship. The sample of 48 men who were reported for violence against their intimate partner, and also were forced to undergo psychological treatment by court order. Based on qualitative research that includes participant observation in psycho-socio-educational groups and in-depth interviews with men who exercised intimate partner violence, this article analyzes the relationship between masculinity, emotions, vulnerability and violence. It is suggested that male violence is not only linked to power, but also emerges as a resistance to vulnerability ?as openness to the other, to emotion and the uncertain? that affective bonds demand. The vulnerable position is, at the same time, a position that finds resistance in the mandates of masculinity, but also a necessary position to be able to build conflicts without reaching violence. Psycho-socioeducational groups shows the importance of repoliticizing emotions and vulnerability for social change, especially transforming how masculinity links to violence.
