This article seeks to explain the problem of literacy in Peru (1); it focuses on the lack of information regarding how children learn or acquire writing skills, which allows initial literacy. It proposes to universities and educational institutes to incorporate into their curricula a closest approach to child development, specifically the period of the first seven years, crucial in the reader and writer training. Also, it invokes to decline traditional practices, which determine the failure of active and reflective readers from initial education and explain in part why the university and Peruvian professionals read little or write short texts. En la presente revisión, y apoyándonos en nuestra experiencia en el Hospital Comarcal de Jaca, intentaremos poner de relieve y discutir los beneficios y los problemas que generan las unidades de cirugía sin ingreso. Analizaremos los distintos tipos de programas ambulatorios y los modelos de unidad quirúrgica, mostrando sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Por último, intentaremos proponer diversas líneas para mejorar la calidad ofertada, la satisfacción del usuario y la relación coste / efectividad de los procesos quirúrgicos.

The objective of the research was to promote problem-based learning for the development of general skills of the students of the E.A.P. of Language and Literature of the National University San Luis Gonzaga, 2021. Worldwide, according to the WHO in 2017 were estimated at 10 million new cases of active tuberculosis, equivalent to 133 cases per 100,000 people; and about 1.3 million deaths in non-HIV patients and 300,000 additional deaths in HIV patients due to this cause, mainly in countries with limited resources. On the other hand, what exacerbates the problem is the emergence of resistance to anti-tuberculous drugs, which complicates the possibilities of treatment. In this work we summarize the different and more used approaches and policies found in the literatura to measure the robustness and stability of solutions for scheduling problems. These policies are based in the analysis of proactive scheduling problems with an approach of planning scenes. Moreover, we present and review the more recent studies developed to measure the robustness and the stability of solutions for uncertainty scheduling problems and we suggest future lines of research.

This article originates from the problem that has been observed in the prosecution and punishment of computer crimes, since many of these criminal cases usually go unpunished. In this line of ideas, through the aforementioned study, the factors that contribute to the non-criminal punishment of cybercriminals will be fully identified. One of these factors is the non-individualization of the cybercriminal, which is why the representative of the Public Ministry usually files the criminal process, for a simple reason: the formalization of the preparatory investigation requires the full individualization of the subject, otherwise, the investigation cannot be formalized. In order to avoid impunity for computer crimes, this research will provide certain solutions that will contribute to the investigation and punishment of these criminal acts.

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivos, determ inar la incidencia de hidatidosis en la población del Valle del M antaro; precisar cuál es la técnica adecuada, con menores complicaciones y más usada para el tratam iento de quistes hidatídicos tanto en pulmón como hepático. El método utilizado a estado basado en una evaluación estadística de Historias Clínicas de los principales hospitales del M inisterio de Salud de la ciudad de Huancayo como son: Hospital El Carmen, Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión y centros de salud de la actividad privada. There are different methods for measuring poverty. In Peru, Poverty Lines are still used as a conventional method of measuring poverty. However, because the monetary aspect does not reflect all the deprivations of a family or person, the disadvantages and limitations of this method to reflect the true level of poverty are evident. El trabajo de investigación analiza la situación actual de la empresa pesquera Océano Seafood S.A. y sus áreas problemáticas, las cuales impactan a su nivel de servicio de atención de pedidos y al rendimiento operativo en el canal e-commerce. Por eso, planteamos como propuesta de mejora implementar un dark store con el fin de aumentar el nivel de servicio en la atención de pedidos en el canal e-commerce para productos retail bajo un escenario de COVID-19. Además, a través de esta propuesta, el cliente se acercará a los productos en menor tiempo y ahorrará en costos. Para alcanzar este objetivo utilizamos diversas metodologías como el análisis Pestel, las cinco fuerzas de Porter, la matriz FODA, AHP (analytic hierarchy process) y el centro de gravedad.
