The present research work consists in the development of a method where a mathematical model of a fish canning plant installation project is proposed, considering the investment, the production costs, the operating expenses, the financial statements, and as indicators for decision making, the net financial present value and internal rate of financial return. Then, the mathematical model is optimized using a non-linear programming to choose the most convenient investment alternative, then a Monte Carlo simulation is carried out in which random variables of plant and market are considered that allow the investor to estimate the minimum values and máximum that can happen in the financial indicators and finally the discussion of results.

The aim of this research is to analyze the advances in relation to the costing of projects of the creative economy, from a bibliometric analysis of the orange, creative and cultural economy, where through searches carried out in databases and tools of Research determines the relevance of these concepts, in the economic field and especially in the research world. The problem evidenced lies in the lack of evaluation systems oriented towards the costs of the creative and cultural industry. Regarding this research, its approach is quantitative and exploratory. The investigations carried out on the object of study are analyzed, contributing in the definition of concepts and the correlation in each of the works, with the idea of knowing and contrasting the perspectives of the investigations to carry out a costing methodology for creative projects In the city of medellin.

In the canned fish production program, it is very important to calculate its forecast through statistical models that minimize the error of the projections and that allow estimating the quantities to be produced. The objective of this research work is to select a forecast model for the consumption of canned fish in Peru for an industrial fishing project using time series models. Prediction models such as linear regression, time series decomposition and Winters’ method were used. The input data was the monthly domestic sales of canned fish from the years 2011 to 2014. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the need to carry out lighting studies for an efficient use of energy consumption through the appropriate choice of luminaires and their photometric distribution, and the benefits obtained as a result of an optimal lighting study. El presente trabajo plantea la fabricación de snacks rellenos y fritos para ser comercializados en el actual mercado limeño a través de un proyecto de vida útil de seis años, desde 2017 hasta 2022. Como tal, se justifica técnicamente por la disponibilidad en el mercado de su materia prima, la masa tipo wantan, y sus principales insumos, jamonada y queso.. Económicamente, se justifica también, ya que estudios de productos similares presentan resultados favorables. En el Perú existe el problema de mala nutrición infantil. La presente investigación busca demostrar la viabilidad social, técnica y económica de un producto dirigido al mercado infantil con alto valor nutricional, que utilice parte de sus ganancias para financiar un programa para combatir la desnutrición infantil crónica al interior del país. Se usaron herramientas de la ingeniería industrial para determinar la demanda del mercado, la formulación técnica del producto, el tamaño y diseño de la planta de producción, el análisis económico y financiero y el impacto social.

For this, the conditions and resources of the company were analyzed, and the best project management practices were adapted with the principles of the Lean methodology in a proposal focused on results. Project evaluation must consider both investment costs and completion times, both of which are subject to uncertainty. This article presents an approach to explicitly incorporate the uncertainty in the duration of activities necessary to complete a project. The PERT and CPM methods, widely adopted in industry and government since the 1950s, help manage the interdependence of project activities. Although originally differentiated by their handling of time and cost, these methods share the limitation of not adequately considering uncertainty. They use three-time estimates (optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic) for a "probabilistic analysis" of the critical path, but this approach does not address multiple scenarios nor adjust the critical path based on actual time variations.
