El presente trabajo de investigación, analiza la problemática de la Empresa de Servicios Múltiples VIC2 & ROM Morococha S.A.C., la cual radica en el retraso en las entregas de las actividades programadas, afectando directamente al área de producción de la empresa. Para solucionar la problemática, se planteó como objetivo general determinar de qué manera la gestión logística permite mejorar los índices de productividad de la empresa. La investigación se justifica, porque a través del análisis de la problemática se puede optimizar la calidad del servicio. Él tipo de investigación es aplicado, de nivel explicativo y diseño cuasi experimental, ya que se basa en el análisis de la situación para plantear estrategias de mejora. La presente investigación tiene como enfoque aplicativo, descriptiva, de tipo cuantitativo además, se considera una investigación no experimenta tiene como objetivo Incrementar la productividad de las excavadoras 336 DL disminuyendo tiempos improductivos en minería a tajo abierto minería a tajo abierto. Las causas que generan tiempos improductivos en las excavadoras CAT 336DL con mayor porcentaje de horas son el acondicionamiento de frente (59.69%), stand by falta de volquete (10.08%), stand by voladura (9.69%), espera por suministro de combustible (8.91%), siendo estas las principales demoras en las que se ha tenido en cuenta para disminuir los tiempos improductivos de la excavadora. This article presents the results of an investigation that tests an alternative program to improve reading comprehension, the direct instruction of reading strategies, the use of different types of texts, and where the teacher cedes control of the process were taken as guidelines reader to student gradually. The research was of an applied type, with a quasi-experimental design, working with 44 second-grade high school students from public educational institutions, to measure the study variable of applying the Demonstrating what we learned-Reading test developed by the UMC. The results show us a significant difference between the control and experimental group, proving its effectiveness in increasing the level of reading comprehension and in the development of their abilities.

A quasi-experimental research design was used with pre-test - intervention - post-test with control group. The sample included 28 supervisors of a private company, 13 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. A type of purposive sample was used.
