The purpose of the author in this article is to outline the main licenses regarding mineral exploration and publicize the usual paperwork and contingencies obtaining these permits.It also presents alternatives to traditional procedures, which are more useful in practice to expedite to start of mining exploration activities in Peru.

Quality program is important for achieving the objectives of mining projects. They consist of the quality management plan, quality management and assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). They are a tool implemented by the mining companies in order to have valid information that allows the elaboration of resource mineral estimation and reserve mineral estimation studies. The International Standard NI 43101 contains the guidelines for the elaboration of the reports to stock exchanges and bankable feasibility study. In some poems of The Black Heralds (1919), the first set published by César Vallejo, the lyric subject has a predisposition to use the sense of sight as the means to identify, in different levels, those elements that surround him. Consequently, it is possible to recognize two different visions: in one vision, the focused element stimulates an inner reaction in the observer; in the other vision, the protagonist discovers —through the observed element— an intimate and personal truth for him. Hence, the elements behave as resources in order that the lyrical subject knows more about himself as he interprets and understands his surroundings. It must be understood that the lyrical subject is a projection of the poet. To demonstrate this interpretation, in this study we will proceed to analyze the poems «Deshojación sagrada», «La araña», «La de a mil» and «Las piedras».

Today we can find different critical systems in different fields such as health, military, space, security, etc., where the lives and economy of many people are in danger due to the consequences that may arise from a failure in these systems. For this reason, it is essential to identify, analyze and treat the risks related to critical systems projects and typical risk management processes. In this article, we show and explore different techniques and models applied in different environments, such as medicine and the military field, recognizing concepts and similarities in critical systems and risk management. Finally, determining that there are no defined methodologies for risk management in these systems, in many cases necessary to apply hybrid and dynamic options.

This paper is part of a bigger research that aims to understand how professional education delivered through Project-Based Learning (PBL) affects self-authorship development on undergraduate students. This part of the project aims to evaluate self-authorship development of undergraduate students enrolled on PBL during four to five years. The method used was qualitative, transversal, with biographical-narrative approach. In deep interviews were the instrument for data construction. Nine students of different semesters voluntarily participate on the interviews. Data analysis were based on categories validated on previous research, using the software Atlas.ti as a tool. The biblical story of the Tower of Babel, in addition to teaching us the importance of communication, can teach us how important it is to establish certain basic rules when sharing a space with other people. These basic rules can be seen embodied, contemporarily, in the rules of condominiums.In the article, the authors explore the nature of these regulations, their basic contents and the functions they perform. Mainly, the bylaws serve to reduce transaction costs between the parties involved, so that they can reach agreements that allow coexistence in a scenario of own and common property.
