Objective. Describing the economic-digital profile of university students in times of COVID-19. Methods. The research had a quantitative approach of the basic type, observational-descriptive design and level; data were collected through a digital survey to know the variable of study in the students of the University of Huánuco during the period 2020. Results. The study included 10,155 (100 %) students, 58.7 % of whom were female, 81.7 % from the Huánuco campus, 43.4 % of whom were studying between the 5th and 8th cycles, and 25.3 % from the Law and Political Science academic program. Digital competences are increasingly making their way as essential to achieve a true information and knowledge society. Identifying, describing and evaluating them are vital processes to differentiate them from other skills necessary for working with ICT. These competences are an important need in the current context of COVID 19, both due to their deficiencies in the general population and in the educational field. The article analyzes community and indigenous radios in Michoacán to propose that these projects have a decolonial and territorial essence. It builds a theoretical framework based on alternative communication and communicative citizenship concepts and broadens their definitions to apply them to the proposed areas. The methodology included a documentary and spatial review to map community radios in Michoacan and analyze their relevance in the face of digital gaps in the rural locations where they operate. The results show that, located in rural communities with a considerable digital divide that restricts internet access and coverage, these radios position themselves strategically in the area's media ecosystem. The article concludes that these projects are relevant for rural locations because they reduce inequalities in information and communication.

Objetivo: Identificar os desafios e oportunidades na digitalização da administração pública no Brasil, México e Colômbia, com ênfase na transparência e no combate à corrupção. Métodos: Foi utilizado um enfoque qualitativo por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e grupos focais. No total, foram realizadas 300 entrevistas (100 por país), das quais 120 participantes também integraram 15 grupos focais (5 por país). The objective of this work was to conduct a systematic review of empirical publications on digital competence called computational thinking in secondary school students in Ibero-America in the period from 2012 to 2022. For this systematic review, articles were collected during the last 10 years, using open access databases such as: Google Scholar, Redalyc, Scielo. Additionally, closed access academic databases were used, such as: EBSCO, Springer and JSTOR. Eighteen articles were subjected to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Objective. We show all available scientifc evidence on the biologically oriented preparation technique (BOPT), including relevant, unknown and controversial aspects of the subject. Methods. This study focuses on the analysis and clinical cases reported with this technique in different dental areas, including thedifferences between digital and conventional protocols used to rehabilitate dental structures and their cementation. This study aimed to explore the use of emerging and data technologies (Rotolo et al., 2015) in the public sector, investigating their applications, challenges, and benefits through the analytical perspectives proposed by Criado et al. (2024). The arrival of unaccompanied foreign minors (UFM) to Spain has increased in the last decades. The objective of this article is to study the discursive representation of UFM in a sample of the Spanish press to deepen the understanding of how they are portrayed The data consist of a corpus of all the news items on UFM published in the digital editions of the newspapers El País, ABC and El Mundo from January 1st 2012 to January 1st 2022.
