El presente trabajo desarrolla el Método de Elementos Finitos (MEE) mediante un programa en código MATLAB para la solución de problemas de guía de ondas. La ecuación diferencial de Helmholtz se resuelve mediante un sistema de eigenvalores de una forma simple con MATLAB. Los resultados numéricos son comparados con la solución analítica de guía de ondas rectangulares, obteniéndose resultados satisfactorios.

This article discusses the various meanings attributed to the concept of research methodology, based on an analysis of the study plans and programs of three doctoral programs in education in Mexico. These programs have well-established faculty and have produced several generations of trained students. The article outlines the methodology used to analyze the curricular discourse related to the concept of research methodology, and presents findings that highlight the different interpretations given to key elements of this concept across the three programs. The results reveal nine major attributions of meaning to the concept of research methodology, with varying degrees of similarity across the three programs. This study proposes a model of experiential intervention that allows High School students to self-regulate their behavior for the adequate personal development in the adolescence. The methodology of the research was mixed. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analyzed and linked to obtaining complementary information on the phenomenon under study. We used the quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest design when working with intact groups: control and experimental group. This methodology allows the treatment of the phenomenon from a holistic perspective, by detecting basic and relevant elements in different situations, studying the behaviors of students when confronted with moral situations of conflict with values, and in circumstances that show self-regulation of the behavior to determine the decision or disposition of the adolescents in a rational and autonomous way....

Se persiguieron tres objetivos. Primero, identificar la forma en que JUNTOS entiende la pobreza de género. En segundo lugar, identificar los impactos positivos y negativos de JUNTOS en sus mujeres beneficiarias pobres. Tercero, identificar sugerencias para mejorar JUNTOS en materia de pobreza de género. Para lograr esto, se realizaron investigaciones de escritorio y entrevistas cualitativas con expertos locales peruanos en el campo. Los resultados muestran que JUNTOS carece de una lente de género, a pesar de avanzar en los medios de vida de las mujeres y de estar enmarcados en acuerdos de igualdad de género. Este trabajo de investigación muestra cómo afectan los distintos criterios aplicados en los programas de carácter híbrido, que son una mezcla de los programas periodísticos y de entretenimiento, en la televisión peruana de señal abierta para incluir dentro de sus temas aquellos de carácter policial. Business Nights Talks es un programa de entrevistas dominical que presenta a gerentes y CEOs de las empresas más importantes de Perú y de la región. Dirigido a personas que ocupan puestos ejecutivos de relevancia, este programa se inició a mediados de 2021 y, actualmente, se mantiene en emisión tras tres temporadas. Su propósito principal es analizar y optimizar los aspectos que caracterizaron su producción audiovisual. El trabajo de investigación se estructura en tres capítulos fundamentales. The goal of this study was to attempt to create a more effective treatment model by leveraging the knowledge and skill sets of those who work most closely with these families in crisis. The participants, who consisted of the direct care staff of the Latino Domestic Violence Program (LDVP) in Philadelphia, were interviewed individually, and the data was analyzed in accordance with grounded theory methodology. The participants' responses served to bring to the fore a number of important issues.
