This work aims to reflect on a topic that can be as broad as we want, covering various fields of knowledge and that concerns all artistic disciplines. Our objectives are more modest. Our intention is not to arrive at a definition of creation, but simply to approach this complex process. To fulfill this purpose, we prepared a questionnaire that was distributed to a small number of artists (twelve in total) from different fields of art: music, plastic arts, literature, etc.

The insolvency system in Peru, besides having a private nature, has a sui generis administrative nature governed by the Insolvency Law, hence being supervised by the Indecopi. It is so that the later and the Judicial Power have a constant relationship that, if not properly regulated and developed, can cause negative consequences and disincentives on privats. The author develops the aforementioned relationship through a historical account and, a development of the elements of its interaction. He focuses on the administrative litigation process and on its main basis, the right to effective judicial protection. On the other hand, it raises options of “temporary” solution to the determined challenges, due to the sui generis administrative nature of this system, to generate transparency and predictability in it.

The collective creation in performing arts presents new challenges in virtuality. Intermedials creations propose the reorganization of the creative processes, of the body and the gaze of the performing artists. Based on the situated experience of Aliento y vacío, short film, whose process continued in a virtual and individual way due to the pandemic, we analyze the relationships that are established between the performing artist and his creative material in virtuality, taking as references concepts such as body memory, the rewriting of materials and collective weaving. At a methodological level, this work has involved reviewing the documentary material of the research process and conducting interviews with the performing artists. Part of the proposal incorporates the conversations between the authors as devices to generate a co-perception of the experience we analyze as well as the writ...

Dramaturgs are often regarded as the first spectators of an artistic production; they are collaborators who watch over the creative process, providing a critical opinion to the rest of the creative team, and in turn, their work. In this light, the tasks they carry out during the creation process of an art piece contribute to observation, documentation, mediation, and research processes, in order to nurture creation. Given the insufficient availability regarding both theoretical and practical references within Latin American territory, this text is an educational contribution, since its aim is to provide methodological tools for young dramaturgs. This paper is based on the following questions: Which collaborators provide research material for a creative process? How is observation possible during the process? Who keeps a record of what is happening? To what purpose? If all creators conduc...

In this article we give an accountof the linguistic variation made by the jargon creation through metathesis. Likewise, the study was focused on the university students from Lima. We elucidate how this process is shown based on variables of age, genre, origin and the faculty where they study, factors thatare contrasted to show how the use of this process varies based on social agents. Finally, we explain the reasons for the utilization of this mechanism on more-familiar relationships between the speakers.

Social entrepreneurship is a concept often associated with ventures to develop products or services for national or international markets and the social benefits they generate. However, little is known about the impact of social entrepreneurship on indigenous communities such as those found in the Peruvian Amazon. This paper examines social value creation following the implementation of an educational process based on the development of entrepreneurship skills in leaders of multiethnic communities in Loreto, Peru. A quasi-experimental design was used to establish a comparison between an experimental group and a control group. It was found that the leaders of the intervention group outperformed the control group in terms of the promotion of collective learning, a higher level of association and a greater capacity to interact with institutions that support community development.

To achieve success in a competitive business environment, the decisions to allocate resources in every level of the organization must focus on value creation and maximization. Further, the approach must address, not only the individual projects, but whole portfolios of proposed alternatives. For these investment project portfolios to support value creation and maximization, they must be aligned with the corporate and business unit strategies, which respond to the changes in their business environment. These changes, inherent to competitive markets, create uncertainties making the resource investment decisions difficult. Therefore, the companies must find ways to make quality decisions in the face of these uncertainties.   The approach developed by Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) allows taking investment decisions in an effective way and meets the goal of value creation and maximization ...

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is perceived as a disruptive technology in education. The implementation of this emerging tool is seen as an opportunity for personalizing learning through the creation of resources. The objective of this study is to explore the role that Generative AI plays in the creation of personalized educational resources for students with Specific Educational Support Needs (SESN). To this end, a descriptive and qualitative experimental design was chosen, using semi-structured interviews and participant observations to gather information and identify needs at a psycho-pedagogical center in Seville. Difficulties in reading and writing and emotionalbehavioral difficulties were detected among the center's users, as well as a lack of training in digital skills. In response, two educational materials were designed and implemented using free AI applications, which...

This article provides an overview of the work produced by Vallejo in the first part of his stay in Paris. It seeks to show how, although there are natural continuities between what he produced in Peru and what he wrote in Europe, the period 1923-1929 represents a process of decantations and discoveries of great significance for the poet’s later work (written in the context of his adherence to Marxism and in a particularly tense political context). In the years of my interest, Vallejo writes from the aesthetics of the vital (which supposes an ethic) and from his position-taking in the three imbricated literary fields in which he participates: the French, the Peruvian and the Spanish American writer in Paris.

The aim of this paper is to trace the morphologization process that allowed the formation of a prefix from an adverb, both coinciding in the form no. In order to do this, we consider the theory of grammaticalization to analyze a corpus of 794 Spanish words with no-, gathered from different sources from the 13th to the 21st century. The results show the different stages of the change process in which the adverb expanded its contextual distribution, which allowed it to appear before nouns. In this context, the adverb acquires the typical characteristics of a negation prefix, with specific meaning nuances according to the type of noun base it attaches to: total negation for deverbal nouns (no inclusión, ‘non-inclusion’) or partial negation in the case of concrete nouns (no libro, ‘non-book’).

This essay explores the hopeful, though often frustrating, aspects of using artificial intelligence (AI) technology as a tool in service of the writer to co-create original texts. To do so, we carried out an experiment that aimed to achieve the manuscript of the first ten pages of a historical play, starting from a blank page, which I completed and titled Caracol. Through my exploration process, I navigated and tested the AI, seeking to define its possible role as a useful collaborator in the creative process. After much trial and error, I concluded that AI is a helpful asset that will be added to my tools, but with restricted and limited power. The AI proved its worth as a good coach and editor, and as a technology capable of working by following my guidelines on archival materials in order to create historical fiction, in this case, of dramatic nature. The following essay examines its ...

This article aims to examine Lacan’s thought on literary creation. With this aim in mind, we take as a point of reference Seminar 23, in which he deals with what Lacan calls the sinthome, a word in which he injects classical Greek into French, following the model of the Irish writer James Joyce, the object of analysis in the seminar. At the same time, some considerations are made with respect to some aspects of the sinthome that studies have interpreted in different ways, to end up proposing a new formula for this concept: sinthome 2. This comes from the fact that, at a certain point in this seminar, Lacan asserts that in the oedipal process the father is a sinthome. If this is so, it follows that literary writing as a sinthome can only be a second sinthome in relation to the first.
