El abuso de sustancias está relacionado con trastornos mentales como la depresión y la ansiedad, factores clave en el riesgo de suicidio. Los adolescentes que consumen sustancias psicoactivas tienen mayor probabilidad de desarrollar ideación suicida, planificar o intentar el suicidio. Esta interacción aumenta la vulnerabilidad juvenil. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y los intentos de suicidio en adolescentes atendidos en el centro de salud mental comunitario Chilca - Huancayo (2022-2024). Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental y transversal, con una muestra de 108 historias clínicas de adolescentes con intentos de suicidio. This is a descriptive-evolutive, dogmatic and comparative study on the collective processes of the European Union (EU). On November 25th, 2020, the Union adopted one of its most awaited legal instruments: the firstlegislation, that is supposed to create a European collective action mechanism for monetary relief. According to Directive 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers, and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC, member States have to adopt the transposing measures by December 25th, 2021, and give effect to them on and apply them to representative actions that are brought on or after June 25th, 2023. One of the most important issues in Andean Community administrative law concerns the extension of the locus standi to request preliminary rulings from the Court of Justice of the Andean Community (TJCA). In fact, the TJCA has interpreted the concept of “national judge” in a broad and generous manner, including the administrative bodies of the Member States, as well as arbitrators. The research project was developed in the community houses of the national Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF, its Spanish acronym) in the Department of Cauca, Colombia. The project’s principal objective was to conduct an initial diagnosis for a proposal on the social marketing of two biofortified crops—maize and common beans—in institutions and food-security programs in Cauca. The research was quantitative, qualitative, and descriptive. Data triangulation, involving different sources of information, was used to describe the market for maize and beans from different standpoints and preferences. En el Perú, se estima que más de un tercio (37%) de la población sufre o ha sufrido un trastorno de salud mental, pero son las mujeres quienes padecen más estos trastornos en comparación con los hombres, además de ser ellas quienes en su mayoría tienen la responsabilidad de los cuidados a las personas que padecen un trastorno de salud mental crónico. La investigación buscó explorar la existencia de los componentes comunitarios, el sentido de comunidad y la participación comunitaria en miembros de una barra de fútbol de Lima Metropolitana. Para ello, se construyó una entrevista semi-estructurada, llegando a identificar en los participantes (N=8) los elementos comunitarios relevantes en base a los tres ejes estudiados, haciendo uso de la codificación abierta, axial y selectiva. Las infecciones del tracto urinario (ITU) constituyen la segunda causa de enfermedades infecciosas en entornos comunitarios y hospitalarios, siendo más frecuentes en mujeres que en hombres. Escherichia coli uropatógena (UPEC, por sus siglas en inglés) coloniza el tracto urogenital y es responsable del 70-90 % de las ITU comunitarias (ITUc) y del 50 % de las ITU hospitalarias (ITUh). Además, esta cepa está incluida en la lista de enterobacterias multidrogoresistentes (MDR) de prioridad crítica, debido a su resistencia a cefalosporinas y carbapenémicos, según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento etnobotánico sobre plantas medicinales en el distrito de San Antonio de Cusicancha, provincia de Huaytará, Huancavelica, durante el año 2023. Metodología: Se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal con una muestra de 246 pobladores. Para la recopilación de información, se aplicó una encuesta estructurada que permitió evaluar el conocimiento comunitario sobre el uso de plantas medicinales. Además, con la colaboración de los habitantes de la zona, se recolectaron cinco especies utilizadas en la medicina tradicional, cuyos nombres científicos se encuentran en calidad de estudio. Introducción: el análisis de los artículos revisados muestra la complejidad de los factores que influyen en el consumo de antibióticos, incluyendo políticas de administración, patrones de resistencia bacteriana y características del entorno (hospitalario o comunitario). Las tendencias en el uso de los grupos de antibióticos clasificados por la OMS como Access, Watch y Reserve varían según la disponibilidad, regulación y programas de optimización del uso de antimicrobianos (PROA).
