In recent years, studies of consumer behavior have focused on demonstrating that individuals value the experience of consumption. Given this reality, the experiential marketing formula has managed to solve this need by proposing actions that generate consumer experience and maximize the value of products and services allowing the consumer to establish an emotional, rational or sensory connection with brands during the purchase process. This article is an analysis of the marketing experiences offered by retailers of clothing and footwear from major shopping centers in Piura. The objective of this work is to define the experiential formula offered by each store of modern retail of the two main shopping centers and determine wich stores give importance to the consumer experience.

Digitization has brought with it an increase in the supply of media and content, which has led to an increase in competition for news companies both in terms of audience and income. But how to convert that audience that is migrating from paper to the digital environment into income? In this paper, an exploratory and descriptive analysis of the business models of journalistic companies in the digital environmentis made. For this reason, three objectives are proposed: to know the main marketing strategies, identify the conditions that have influenced decision-making and detect market challenges. This article arises from the interrelation of different theoretical and methodological perspectives in the areas of Communication and Anthropology in order to analyze the media treatment of the situation of indigenous peoples in Argentine territory. To do this, theoretical concepts of the Agenda Setting theory were operationalized and a content analysis was developed from the collection of journalistic articles from the most far-reaching online information portals in Argentina, in the period from August 2018 to June, 2019. The conclusions show: a low information coverage on the subject; the construction and reproduction of meanings and representations around native peoples linked to the reinforcement of stereotypes and prejudices; and little opportunity for them to be actors and sources of information.
