This research analyzes the managerial structure of the principal general diaries of Spain from a critical perspective. We come into the structural connections between the Spanish groups of communication, seeing the links with other media, industrial, financial and political sectors. In the same way, we contemplate the international projections of these groups, especially to the rest of Europe and South America. We approach to the real issuers of the journalistic discourse and to the determinants that impede nowadays the real informative pluralism in the Spanish media system.

Several studies on CEO communication via social media have highlighted the need to assess the fulfillment of the theoretical promise of dialogue. This paper analyzes the interactivity strategies employed by Latin American CEOs on LinkedIn and their impact on engagement. The research focuses on three variables: general communication approaches, communication resources, and level of engagement generated by CEO posts. CEOs were selected based on the América Economía 500 ranking. Of the 327 CEOs identified on LinkedIn, 7 461 posts from 244 active accounts were analyzed. The findings reveals several predominant trends: most CEOs adopt an informative approach and achieve higher levels of engagement. They primarily use expository resources such as text and graphics, with limited use of interactive resources such as participatory ones. This article presents a multimodal discourse analysis of Uruguayan ecoinfluencers active in one of the most popular social networks in the region from the environmental communication perspective, it attempts to determine which environmentalisms are important in the public digital conversation. Moreover, it analyzes the environmental discourse of a sample consisting of 200 Instagram posts from 17 influencers, created between June 2021 and June 2022. The environmental challenges and their possible responses are predominantly located in the individual lifestyle sphere, with consumers as protagonists, and ecoefficiency is considered as the environmentalism that best synthesizes the attitudes and proposed actions. The article analyzes the place of the media in the construction of experiences and meanings about insecurity, giving an account of findings and theoretical-methodological keys that contribute to the approach of the diffuse power of the media in this phenomenon. It is part of an investigation carried out in the city of Córdoba between 2016 and 2018, in which we inquire about the relationships between the media system, the transformations of the public space and the link between the police journalistic genre and the ways in which subjects experience insecurity. Argentinean online media have followed international trends in their digital trajectory and they have taken on the constant changes in the media ecosystem by innovating with the production of multimedia and interactive formats designed for the Internet, as well as technological initiatives such as virtual reality. From the organizational point of view, the convergence of newsrooms and the creation of labs are some of the identified features. In this article, a case study of La Nación, La Capital, La Voz del Interior and Clarín is developed, identifying its innovative elements and interviewing digital professionals.
