El informe jurídico sobre la Casación Nº 23284-2021-Lima aborda un caso de prácticas de cobranza indebidas por parte del Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank, hacia Manuela Guillermina Gonzáles Peña De Jo, quien no tenía relación contractual con el banco. El problema principal radica en que el banco envió repetidamente cartas de cobranza al domicilio de la Sra. Gonzáles, a pesar de haber sido notificado del error en la dirección. This article analyzes the repercussions on journalistic activity of the regulatory measures adopted by the United States and Europe to protect privacy in the use of drones. Similarities and differences between the adopted regulations are evaluated. It is observed that in the United States recommendations are generally chosen, in which drone user´s willingness prevails over third parties´ right to privacy. However, there are exceptions, such as the cases of the states of Texas and California, where the use of drones without proper authorization is considered a violation of the right to privacy. In Europe, the regulations are applicable to all member countries, and the system provides more guarantees, considering the principles of necessity and transparency.

Therefore, EU institutions have developed a series of initiatives throughout 2018 to define a European strategy to counter disinformation that emphasizes the responsibility of social networks in reporting false content. Se pone énfasis en las prácticas sociales de comunicación y en el consumo de televisión por parte de jóvenes hombres entre 20 y 27 años de edad, solteros y sin hijos; y en madres de familia de estado civil diverso entre los 20 y 35 años de edad. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación se abarcara sobre la problemática de la Ley Nº 30710 que modifica el último párrafo del artículo 57 del Código Penal, el mismo que prohíbe la aplicación de la suspensión de la pena a condenados por el delito de agresiones en contra de las mujeres o integrantes del grupo familiar. Furthermore, it is prohibited to publish the identity or image of the children or adolescents involved as victims, perpetrators, participants or witnesses of an infraction, misdemeanor or crime, through the media (Code of Children and Adolescents, 2000) .
