The present investigation allowed us to know the internet connectivity of the 3035 students of the Bachelor of Basic Education at the Universidad Pedagógica Veracruzana during the pandemic through a virtual survey carried out in the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year to all regional centers to identify the availability of this service by region, semester, sex and age range. The study was justified by the relevance of the university's public policies to continue distance academic activities during confinement during their teacher training. La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de conocer los aspectos ergonómicos (postura, mobiliario, condiciones ambientales y seguridad) que afectan la comodidad y fatiga de docentes y estudiantes en el aula universitaria. Para conocer este impacto se aplicó un cuestionario y entrevistas encontrándose que los aspectos ergonómicos que más incomodan a docentes fue la postura inclinada, el mueble del computador, el ruido y la silla lo que obedece al mal diseño tanto de la silla como al del mueble de cómputo que utiliza. Para los estudiantes la incomodidad se manifiesta en el uso del mobiliario actual, específicamente el material del asiento, la forma y el material de respaldar. La investigación se desarrolló en los distritos de Iquitos y Punchana de la ciudad de Iquitos, con el objetivo de realizar un diagnóstico del manejo de residuos sólidos de aparatos electrónicos y eléctricos en base a la NTP 900.064.2012 (Grandes electrodomésticos, pequeños electrodomésticos, equipos de informática y telecomunicaciones y aparatos electrónicos de consumo). We present an artistic research developed with university students. Under the theme of memories and the idea “Machines have memory, people have memories”, an exhibition was presented at the Computer Museum with the title “The design of memories”, with 22 artistic installations made by students, establishing a dialogue with the museum’ collection. The research seeks pedagogical alternatives from art education, incorporating approaches that investigate social, political and cultural aspects, such as museums, as well as collective creation formats. It is presented as a case study, incorporating teaching narratives, questionnaires, and Arts-Based Research. The positive evaluation of the exhibition leads us to consider this activity as an enriching model in artistic and heritage education, promoting creativity and collaborative work.
