The purpose of this article is to show the complementarity that occurs in the romantic literary criticism between Ricardo Palma and Cesar Vallejo, two of the most important and studied Peruvian writers, being both part of the Romanticism, the first one in a fully developed way, and the second one in the last years of this movement; therefore, in different times, circumstances and particularities, but in the same interest of valuing romantic writers, we include Arnaldo Márquez, Luis Benjamín Cisneros and Carlos Augusto Salaverry, members of Palma’s bohemian group. We resort to the method of complexity, within this, the mobilization of the category of intertextuality, and the epistemological validity of the literary criticism made by both writers to find the objective evaluations, which is the purpose of this task.

Resumen.- La investigación científica que hemos realizado es básica, cuasi experimental en la que aplicamos el Programa (EACTA) Estrategia de aprendizaje en el área de ciencia, tecnología y ambiente para la mejora del rendimiento académico escolar en los alumnos del segundo año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 6089 “Jorge Basadre Grohmann” del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores. Lima 2016. La población está conformada por los alumnos del segundo año que en total es de 121 y la muestra está conformada por 24 alumnos para el grupo control y 24 alumnos para el grupo experimental, que en total sumados representan el total de 48. In Peru, fears persist about the reform of family law; after 40 years of the Civil Code (1984), the author persists and incorporates new reasons to agree to its ‘contractualization’ as a reflectionof a society that is less and less willing to marry.We are faced with a regulation that prolongs the marital crisis and is counterproductive for the system itself.The article uses the American experience and the initiatives of the Uniform Law Commission or the American Law Institute to demonstrate the complementarity that can exist between the freedom of the parties to enter into marital or premarital agreements and the subsequent judicial scrutiny. It is emphasized that a modernization of family law does not involve the renunciation of the family law principles.

This is a descriptive study that applies a cross research methodology through the application of an original scale of attitudes, likert like, composed originally of 32 reagents, reduced to 29 items after the statistical analysis through the item-test correlation. The scale obtained a cronbach alpha coefficient of, 938 thereby determining the consistency and validity for the purpose of this study. El presente informe tiene como propósito analizar el impacto de la comunicación interna en el estrés laboral en el departamento de aprobación de créditos de la institución financiera Caja Trujillo en el año 2018, debido a que en la actualidad en este tipo de empresas se presenta altos índices de estrés entre los trabajadores. La Caja Trujillo es una institución que está en un desarrollo constante, tiene más clientes y puede existir una preocupación por parte de los trabajadores o departamentos de la entidad, situación que ameritaría un mejor manejo comunicativo en dicha organización.
